Ms. Ruvio and her team always made sure that everything got in on time, and frequently went above and beyond the call of duty to make that happen. One example of Ms. Ruvio going to bat for us was at the closing table, when Ms. Ruvio ensured that the seller sign documents promising to repair the apartment’s kitchen sink.
