I took a suit here and it came back with a broken button and a hole in the pant leg. They refused to take responsibility for the hole and said it was the result of wear. I know it was not there when I brought it to them. I'll go across the street now.

This dry cleaner doesn't completely clean your whole garment. Just parts of it. They don't tell you this when you go to pick up. A simple, "This was the best we could do but parts of it we couldn't clean" would suffice. Only when you go back to point it out to him that the garment is not completely clean do they make up some weak excuse. This place reeks of dishonesty. I also noticed in natural daylight that they actually ruined my garment, not that they let me know that either. If you expect your entire garment thoroughly dry cleaned and not ruined, go elsewhere.
