Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is hands-down the best thing I've ever done for myself in my whole life! From the moment I first walked in the door curious & determined to start training martial arts, to every single class I've attended, there hasn't been anything short of some of the the best training by world-class instructors welcoming with open arms. In my time with the Silver Fox family (Yes, it really is like a big family!) I've seen nothing less than success and the breeding of champions for anyone willing to dedicate themselves and put in the time on the mats. Whether you just want to shave off a few extra pounds, get into shape, learn how to defend yourself or compete for sport, you simply cannot go wrong with this lifestyle choice! I can guarantee that you will improve both your mind and your body as well as be surrounded by some of the best of people who are genuinely happy to help you and see you succeed! In my humble opinion anyone and everyone should (and CAN) train BJJ or at least try it out. I can't imagine how it could ever be a regret!

Best school around the area. The schedule is great, having classes 7 days a week multiple times a day makes it easier to attend and not loose a day of training. That mats are big enough to fit 30+ people each class without problem and it gets cleaned every day. On top of that the atmosphere is fantastic, Karel pravec the head instructor is a world class Jiu Jitsu practitioner, teacher and great person over all making everyone that trains under him feel they are in the right place.

Silver Fox is a great place to learn Jiu Jitsu, whether you're a teenager who is great at it, or a middle-aged woman who has never fought a day in her life. The instructors encourage you no matter who you are and accept whatever the reason is that a person wants to learn this 'gentle art.' I am so happy my family has found this place.
