Not hugely into biking, and scared you'll feel intimidated walking into a local bike shop? Fear no more, Silk Road is all the awesome with none of the pretention.
Yes, stuff's expensive... but that's biking. If you buy a bike from Silk Road, you get 10% off accessories for up to three months afterwards. Take advantage of that!
Besides that, they're very helpful, very nice and very lovely people. The store is small, but well-stocked. You won't leave disappointed.
