Silent Storm Elite set up my entire IT configuration for my home and small business - from purchasing my hardware and software to setting up my telephone system. The Silent Storm Personnel came to my home promptly and presented id and proceeded to determine with me what my IT needs were. Once that was determined -we placed the hardware order (we used what I had in inventory). Silent Storm came back when the order came in and set everything up in one day including the software - they worked with the cable company to ensure everything worked properly; they made sure that my firewall settings were set up properly . I retained Silent Storm to assist in answering questions I had with any software or hardware questions. Silent Storm logged in remotely to fix more complex issues that I could not work on myself with their assistance. I highly recommend Silent Storm.
