Silbers Martial Arts

Silbers Martial Arts has done so much for my son (age 10) and now my daughter (age 6). My son started here at 3 years old with low muscle tone, hard to even grip a pencil. He has grown into a very strong boy. When they come off-track Sensei Joe would take time out and help talk to them and get them back on track again.My son is more focused, organized and responsible. I have seen many of girls and boys who grew up int his dojo and are fine, respectful, caring young men and women now. Martial Arts here has made him a better athlete in all his other sports he plays as well. Funny as a baby I heard he may not be the best athlete and look at him now. Joe Silbers and his staff make this a home for our kids who learn how to strive to be the best they can be. I too started to make a better lifestyle for myself by joining their kickboxing class where the staff who teaches this is just as exceptional. Thank You!

A hidden gem in Franklin Square. Silbers Martial Arts is the best dojo on long island. I have been going to SMA for one year and on day one felt like I was apart of a family. Sensei and his staff have so much martial art and fitness knowledge and their encouragement and support have helped me go beyond reaching my fitness goals. SMA is wicked awesome!!!

The day that we decided to join the SMA family was the best decision that could have been made for my girls. Not only are they learning about martial arts from a remarkable Sensei and his staff. They go above and beyond to make sure that every child is making strides and maximizing what they are taught in the dojo and how to incorporate in everyday life including at home. Thank you to SMA

My family and I have been training at Silbers Martial Arts for the past 8 years. It's a supportive and encouraging environment with amazing instructors. I have seen my boys grow in so many ways. They are more focused, respectful and disciplined and the life lesson talks at the end of each class reinforce what my husband and I teach our sons about respect, courtesy, being sincere and honest, and working hard to achieve goals. It truly is an awesome place to train!!

The greatest school in the area! I've been training at SMA for the last ten years. The adult MMA program is awesome. I want to go to class every single day, because every time I go I notice myself improving.The people who train here are incredibly kind; the instruction is at a super high level.
