Last year when we were buying our house, I decided to shop around for a new home insurance. Our previous insurance company wasn't bad to deal with, but I heard less than stellar things about their hazard coverage and wanted to do better. I first read about Signature Financial Services in Brooklyn on Google and was impressed by the feedback, and when our super fantastic Realtor suggested them too, I gave their office a call. Our broker got our hazard insurance lined up, coordinated with our Realtor and title, and got everything we needed in place, all with almost no participation from me. Several weeks later, when we were finally settled in our new house, he gave me very detailed explanations of different coverage options, got our cars on a (much better-- and cheaper-- than our old company) policy, and was totally helpful and easy to deal with. Until we went to Signature Financial Services, insurance was one of those unpleasant necessities-- a monthly bill to a faceless company that always put me on hold when I called an 800 number. Now I can honestly say I don't mind dealing with insurance because I know I'll be talking to the professional broker, who is right down the street and is honest, fair, responsive and interested in getting things done right for his clients. Do yourself a favor and give this company a call.

Signature Financial Services is the best Brooklyn Insurance Agency. We've also got there a great insurance broker. I have known him for years now and would not have anyone else handle my auto and home insurance needs. He is the only Broker I would recommend. He really does look out for you and will refuse to let you make a big mistake to save a few bucks and maybe make a sale. He will tell it to you straight and end up saving you from big trouble down the line because he would not let you go under insured. I know because he saved me from a financial crisis because I listened to him. Boy, I am glad I choose Signature Financial Services.

Signature Financial Services continually impresses me with the fantastic customer service. More than once I have called them around 5:30 or 6:00 expecting to get an answering machine, but no, somebody there working and is happy to help me. The broker helped my boyfriend save about $1500 PER YEAR on his auto policy. We had three other quotes which were all similar, and they were very high because my boyfriend has a few points on his record. We were ready to choose one of those when I thought I should try Signature Financial Services. Our broker got us a good, comprehensive policy for MUCH less. We couldn't have been happier. Doing business with Signature Financial Services located in Brooklyn is a no-brainer: they have the best customer service of anyone and really care about your needs, and they are the cheapest. If you do business anywhere else it would just be silly.

I have my car and home owner's insurance through Signature Financial Services. Our broker has been an amazing person. I had to change my car insurance at the last minute so I was able to rent a car without paying extra for the insurance. I emailed my broker about it at 9pm on Thursday, it was done by 9am on Friday, and I rented the car at 11am on Friday. Lastly, he has never failed to quickly return a call or email, even with matters that are not time-sensitive. A rarity in the service industry these days. I highly recommend Signature Financial Services. I think the bulk of the experiences and ratings for them indicate that MANY others agree.
