Signature Day Spa

This place is okay if you wanna be in and out with a simple mani. I didn't get a pedi here so I can't tell you about that. The man that was at the little desk was pretty rude and had no respect for me and my friends. The lady that did my nails did an okay job overall, but I'm telling you this isn't a Spa, no massage, no warm rocks, no lotion massages, she basically fixed up my nails and I left. I've been to much better nail salons that (at least try to) pamper their customers with massages and stuff. Definitely not worth 12$ for a simple mani! Only come here if it's like an emergency or something lol.

i came in to get an acrylic nail set with crushed shells or flowers and the lady said no. i saw displayed all of there crushed shells and said i would like to have those and she said no. what rude service. i still go on to get a full set (planning to fix it myself when i got home) but i wish i didnt. the hack job done on my nails litterally made me sick as i had to go home and file them myself for two whole hours to make them look okay. the next morning im now repainting because they dont even look pretty. wow disgusting and disgraceful service i will never go back. and my aunt brought me (she is rly nice and always tips ppl generously) they did not deserve a tip.

AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE AND CREEPY PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. Never again!!!!

i had the worst expierence ever.
to them the customer is never right. but the customer is always right.
i went there on march 16th to get tips. not even 4 days later they started to peal off. so i went back the following saturday which was march 23rd. i showed them how nasty my nails looked. and the only comment they said was we wont fix it because your nails grew already.

yes nails grow but it grows with the tips.
they made me seem like i was very dumb i got the worst custmer service EVER!!!!

i will never suggest this place ever to anyone.

i left with a really disappointed face.
