Liz was very nice and helped me a lot! At first my credit was very low because of I had some collections and errors from hospital which was in my reports. I want to point that Liz is very nice and helpful. At beginning Liz introduced entire information to me and let me know how this process works. When this process began, Liz worked professional and skillful. Liz always keep in touch with me and let me know all the progress. Also Liz was easy to reach. She repaired all the errors in my credit report. Right now my credit is go back to excellent and Liz give me some advising for improve my credit. Liz was excellent! We needed assistance to repair credit errors we had found in our credit reports. At our first meeting, Liz took the time to hear our concerns and requests, and then was very thorough in explaining our rights, options and the procedures she would take pertaining to our issues. She was courteous, kind, respectful to our situation and very professional.
