Absolutely the pits. Customer service is non-existent. Company seems to be operating out of the 1950's. I always feel like they will declare chapter 11 any minute, for like the third time in 5 years.

These people are terrible! Poor customer service and very unprofessional! I would never recommend this company to anyone. Jonathan being my least favorite, argued with me on every point - very unprofessional! we have experienced difficulties with their service since day 1 and has been on-going, with little help or service.

Need Internet? These are the guys to do it. They have been around a while bringing the Internet into office buildings, events, city parks and islands via fiber, copper and wireless.They also provide VoIP and IT services as well as other additional services.
