This is beyond a joke. I have a 9 am appointment going from Brooklyn to queens. Pick up was scheduled for 7:30 am, driver showed up after 8 am. Then tells me there is a 2nd pick up no where near where I was picked up. Completely unprofessional.

THE WORSE COMPANY ; NEVER USE THEM..MY FATHER AFTER SURGERY IS WAITING FOR THEM 3 HOURS AND NOBODY SHOWED UP TO PICK HIM UP . PICK UP TIME 2PM; NOW 5:04 PM HE STILL IN THE WHELLCHAIR WAITING
P.S. THEY PICKED UP MY DAD AT 6:40 PM.
