BOBBY PRINCE GOT OUR FIRST MORTGAGE EVEN THOUDH IT WAS MORE THAN DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES. WHEN HE SUGGESTED REFI AT A BETTER RATE I STILL BALKED AT ALL THE PAPERWORK AND HASSLE. HE WALKED US THROUGH STEP BY PAINFUL STEP AND SECURED A NEW MORTGAGE AT A FULL POINT LOWER THAN OUR FIRST. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND NEVER ENDING SUPPORT.

I am in the process of becoming a first time owner and I spoke with Lynda McKenzie. I have to say she's very personable and went through great length to help me out. She guided me and also gave me a 101 type education. She explained some things in finer detail so moving forward I would know what to expect and the overall process- how long everything would take versus what hearsay has told me, new vocbaulary/lingo & what it meant in simple English. I definitely recommend her expertise to anyone shopping for a new home.

We had a great pleasure working with Bobby Prince in getting our mortgage. Bobby is not only a true professional, but also one of the kindest people we had dealt with. Buying a house is a stressful and a complex process. Dealing with a knowledgeable, kind, accountable and a responsive individual, such as Bobby, made a huge difference. Bobby helped me to get my first mortgage for the purchase of my first home. He was so good and professional. He always answered me right away and he didn't care at what time I was reaching out to him. He was extremely patient with me to go over each line and explanation of all documents. I highly recommend his services! And I am sure I will contact him if I need him again!

Bobby is the single reason my wife and I were able to buy our first home. He worked hard to get the financing we needed to make that possible and we're so grateful. It required a ton of paperwork, discussions, and back-and-forth with the underwriter in a very busy season, but Bobby stuck with it to the end to make sure everything went off without a hitch!
