Tim and his crew were at my home on the date and time promised. Also, the roll off dumpster was placed on wood planks so it wouldn't damage my new driveway! The existing roof was removed, the base was inspected and the new roof was installed all in one day. Before they left for the day, every piece of garbage was removed and my yard looked as good as when they arrived. Tim Cahill Roofing gets two big thumbs up ......

Tim put my roof on about 4 yrss ago and my siding 2 yrs ago. My roof is leaking and he is totally unresponsive. Beware.

There are many Siding and Window companies, but not all are the same. I know for a fact, if you choose Siding and Windows by Tim Cahill, you will deal directly with Tim. How awesome is that, you don't have to go through the garbage of trying to get to the owner to deal with any issues. This company is a certified installer for some roofing brands, which will increase the warranty, and in turn be a huge selling point, because the warranty can be transferred. I would have no problem at all recommending this company to any of my friends or family.
