Before going I read these reviews and I should have known better. The owner was very nasty...I was shocked this is how he treated a customer. When I asked why his part number does not match the one the books said I need, his reply..."its correct, take it or leave it", When I asked if itdidn't match could I return, his reply..."Too bad, now get out". I truly could not believe that's how he does business...stay far away from this place, far away!!!

Don't use them. The owner is the most nasty individual I had ever had dealings with. The estimates are out of sight too. Very suspicious.

I would pay $100 more if they were polite. They are rude, on the phone, in person and all around.
My grandfather had an older appliance and they talk at you and expect you to understand or care about "applaince speak". Just fix it, and be nice, I swear I am buying the extended warranty from here on out so i can get a "yes sir" and a "thank you", with these guys you get a "yea" and a screw you "pay me".
Service with an attitude...Sid Phillips is just not worth it!

Russell, the technician who came to repair my Magic Chef oven, was very friendly and was able to finish the repair quickly and for a fair price. I'll definitely use this service company again.
