I wanted to take the time to write this review about the service for the rep who works there.I called on 1025/2015 about 9am asking to buy a furnace for my house and there was after hours number which you could have selected of which I did and spoke to Ted or Ben at the time .He told me due to off hours ,he would have to charge me 100.00 additional for the item since he has to go there of which i did not mind paying .I got to Washington ave about 12noon and called him back and he said he cannot wait and he is leaving of which he cant help me .I asked him kindle please wait since I have a new born baby and I need the furnace and what he told me is that this is not important .I asked him then what is the cost for him to come out and he hung up .
Bad service I would say .
