At first I was iffy, cause in the front there was to sign or indication the studio was there. But when we got in he was super cool, and his work flow was so professional with "homie" vibe. Real nice place. Cozy, and drink/smoke friendly. He even gave me some info on some music contacts I needed. I recored with artist in million dollar studios, and never worked with someone place that got into the music like this place.
