This apartment complex is absolutely the worst and crappiest place that I ever stayed in..so much so that I just didnt have the stomach to live more than a few months..the management is the most incompetent bunch of jerks who have no idea how to do their job..they never return phone calls and its left upto the tenants to contact the management repeatedly to resolve issues..the who community is falling apart, the carpets are decades old and rotting, the floors are sqweaky, the heat and hot water is highly unreliable, and to top it all they have 1 Super who also handles 2 other apartment communities in addition to this one..Go figure how much time he gets to devote to this apartment complex..the construction is completely shoddy and of poorest quality, their definition of regular maintenance is to increase the rent at frequent intervals..
There was no cleaning done during snow time, all cars were stuck and people couldnt go to work for days!! the apartment is full of cockroaches and the water is filthy..there is no dedicated property manager for this complex and the manager who handles this complex as a secondary item in her portfolio keeps changing, they changed 3 managers in less than 6 months!! No wonder even the managers get sick and tired of their crappy jobs..the current manager has no clue abt. what going on in the complex and she is too busy (doing God knows what) to talk to the tenants and hear their endless woes..highly incompetent!! pretty sure she will be replaced soon by an even more incompetent clown!!
I would very very strongly advise anyone against going anywhere near this community, unless you want to destroy the peace in your life..I wouldnt even recommend it to a homeless person, thats how bad is!!!!!!!! There are quite a few decent place to rent in nearby towns (Chatham, Springfield etc.)
In short, by far the worst nightmare of my life, hope they demolish the place so that something meaningful and value add can be done with that real estate!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
