Just had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. We ordered a home delivery from this store, but the store missed the initial window to deliver, a second confirmed later window and then a third confirmed window the following day. We called to complain and speak to the manager named Shawana. After explaining what happened and asking for a refund, she hung up on us. Avoid this store, and especially the home delivery service, at all possible costs.

ShopRite is the most wonderful supermarket in new rochelle the staff is willing to search up and down with you just for something you cant FIND

Great location and my preferred location for sopping. They have everything, including some gourmet products, and their Bakery department is a place i can easily but everything they have!
They can do something about the meat section, that sometime smell so bad that i wonder if to purchase my meat here will be a wise decision...

I have been shopping the New Rochelle store, and would like to say the bakery is good. The bread is Artisian Bread, fresh and with a nice crusty bite to it. Workers and staff are willing to answer questions, and go above expectation.
