Seth is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are second best in Northern NJ and their selection is extensive.
However-be sure to call before you go. I normally strictly abide by this rule, but after getting an email of a particular item of which their were only about 3 dozen in stock I figured I'd run over (only 10 minutes from my job). It's a work day and it's lunch time. I got the email less than an hour ago, can't be sold out already right? Get there and Seth tells me "Oh that sold out quickly when we got it". Huh, why is he speaking in past tense? Just got this email 45 minutes ago. "Um, yeah sorry about that, but I like this other one even better".
Nice ploy to get me into the store to spend my money on other stuff.
Kind of sneaky move if you ask me.
Good place overall, but I really don't like being deceived.

I ordered a case of Brinley's Shipwreck Rum, a rum I love but can't get here in Nebraska, from them. It was the best deal out of all of the online providers, INCLUDING UPS shipping and it showed up in less than three days. Fast, a great deal, well packaged and completely EASY. I highly recommend them. When I'm done with these bottles, I'm coming back for more.

No doubt, great prices and great selection. However, no one responds to online inquires or concerns. My online order for pick has not been processed now going on day 6. If you have an online operation, it should be fully serviced. Please address this. I would give 4.5 stars if this were corrected. Thanks! Update after 1 day of original reivew: I received an response back from store manager: the wine I ordered 6 days ago is sold out. Gee thanks. Looks like poor online inventory mgmt since they did not reserve mine when I orderd. Also no apology from manangemnt. (Mind you I spent over $800 at this store in the last two months). 1 star now since I truly hated this experience. I willl post my discussion history with mgmt if anyone cares.

Very impressive destination location, for sure because you have to drive a little way to get there. Broad and deep wine selection, much better than expected service and knowledge level!
