Luis is a nice guy, but nice doesn't get your shoes fixed. His work is frankly not up to par. I went there once and that's all I needed because I will never be returning again. Took my husband's shoes to have a simple heel repair but his craftsmanship was less than fair, at best.

Terrible. All I wanted done was to put a thin layer of rubber on the sole so I don't slip. Was not a neat job. The guy ended up shaving large amounts off the heel of my shoes. Ruined two expensive pairs of shoes. Avoid going. Guy was very unapologetic. He said it was the machine. Lame excuse.
