Recently bought shoes as a gift, the person that the shoes were for tried them on at home and wanted to return them because they hurt her feet. Returned to store and after waiting fifteen minutes for a person that said they were the owner or manager (This person looked drunk and smelled like alcohol), told them that I wanted a refund which the owner/manager said would be willing to give an exchange for another pair of shoes only. Available selection of shoes were of such poor quality, that she did not want them. Requested that exchange be made for a blouse or other merchandise in the store but the person made up policy on the spot saying that could only select another pair of shoes. Left shoes at store, they still have my money and this problem has still not been resolved. Bottom line do not shop and spend your hard earned money at this store complete and total rip off artists.
