They DO NOT care about food safety or food safety regulations or their unclean kitchen..

The kitchen was dirty. Food and kitchen and service equipment was stored improperly.

The restaurant itself is beautiful. Everything else is disappointing. I went with my boyfriend and his friend, both of whom are from Israel. As soon as the waitress realized they spoke Hebrew, that was the end of her speaking English at all (even though my boyfriend and I both told her I only speak English), and also pretty much the end of her acknowledging that I was there at all. When I tried to order pino grigio, she said, 'we don't have that yet', even though its on the menu and they've been open for months. We got the salads appetizer. It was ok, and the pitas were probably the best thing about the whole experience there. I got the marinated chicken with couscous and Israeli salad. The salad was good, the couscous was really dry and didn't taste like anything, and the chicken was unimpressive. I took 2 pieces of the chicken home and when I went to eat one of the pieces a couple days later it was completely raw in the middle. So yeah, I wouldn't go back or recommend anyone to go here.
