I am a MTA bus operator and long time union representative in the Flushing area who was denied the use of their bathroom while on duty in full uniform. I was disappointed and angry. I will never use Sheraton Hotel while vacationing. I will make sure my union do not use this hotel. Where is the hospitality?

A friend came in from out of town and we went to the US Open. From what I saw of the Sheraton, it is as beautiful as they all are.
The employees were extremely helpful !

Went for a wedding ceremony. The place is small but the food was great. Had Cantonese style seafoods it was great. Good for guests up to 6 people

We are having a business conference meeting in a conference room on 2nd level.we did not get any service individually as our business meeting helper from our organization provided the service. In general, it is a clean n neat hotel.
