Sheraton JFK Airport Hotel

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, rooms are spotless and very well appointed.

I visited one morning for a small work gathering. The breakfast was pricey but normal for hotels I've visited. (So) I ordered the buffet. For a buffet, the food was top quality compared to other hotels I've visited. Eggs weren't watery. Sausage wasn't cold. Waffle was okay, but if given the choice again, I'd take the omelet instead. I was completely satisfied and service was attentive.

I had a very pleasant stay recently. Room were very clean and the lobby is small. Very convenient to the Airport. Would stay again.

The hotel when we check in took us 2 hours to verify with our company that they paid our reservations whereas we already us for a long time as a partner of the company . The front desk agent was so rude and didn't had enough skills to provide the best customer service .my room was locked and was not open for 6 hrs because of poor solution and no backup plan. For any reasons they should make the guest feel comfortable and offer a new room without even telling them what to do ... They should be trained and taught how to provide an excellent customer service .their proper use of words should be also practice properly every time . The front desk is the heart of the hotel and I observe that the housekeepers are more respectful and accomodationg than the front desk . they lack initiative and critical thinking skills .Sorry to say but food is horrible and server is very rude to even ask me for a card when I am in a rush and had to leave ...

I stayed here for a job training, charlette and vivana from the night crew were so nice. they had a professionalism about them very nice to all the guest i saw them taking care off. its a pricey hotel for the area and parking is not free. 21 plus tax is not cheap and i feel that with the rooms being up in price the least they can do is not charge for parking. the front lobby and the room are very nice. i love the sub tiles in the shower. a pool would be great as well especially cuz i saw alot of younger kids. great experience and would recommend to people.
