Shell

I had a terrible experience at this Shell Station this morning. I first pulled in to a pump and realized that my gas tank was on the other side of the car, So I drove around for 30 seconds looking for an empty pump. A man who said he was the owner came over to me and started giving me attitude about my driving around his station looking for a pump, making him walk to the furthest pump in his station. I then gave him my stop and shop card figuring I had my gas points still on it and told him to fill it up. He then notified me there were no points left on my card. When I told him to fill it up for $10 instead ,he got super obnoxious to me. He did fill it up$10. He then told me never to return again to his station.

The guy who works there is a total tool. He makes you wait for over 5 minutes. He is always on the phone. I told him to give me $20 of regular on my credit card, and starts filling up the tank. I told him if he actually stopped talking on the phone, he would listen to what customers are saying. Shell is a good company, but this imbecile makes the company look so bad. Hope people realize this and stop getting gas from this guy.

This is the worst gas station i've ever stopped at. Every single time I am unfortunate enough to have to stop there for gas, I have to wait in my car sometimes over 5 minutes for the attendant to come out of the booth to assist me. He does not get off his phone the entire time, and he does not greet you or make eye contact at all. One time, I went there in the middle of the afternoon on a weekend and he made me sit there for almost 10 minutes while he was on the phone and then he flat out told me 'we have no gas', without any explaination.
