Terrible customer service!!! Find a different dealer and go some where else for repairs. I have never been treated this badly for spending 11 thousand dollars in a store. They treat you nice until you finally buy then they decide it's ok to treat you like sh*t. The woman taking care of the paperwork is the absolute worst!! I was buying the motorcycle for my mother and she made it the most impleasant experience I have ever had forcing me to waste gas by having to travel across state lines multiple times. Very rude! Enter at your own risk!

Shelby's Powersports provides great all around service. They work with you with the financing, very informative, and very welcoming/friendly service. I'll like to thank Hamza and Vicky for getting me my second bike and Jimmy for having it ready in a fashionable time. Shelby has the best deals all around.

I go there for normal maintenance, change tires, change oil, etc. Recently I took my bike there because of a loud, weird, rattle noise. A guy named Jimmy put the bike on the lift and took bike apart and said the noise is the belt and rollers, and that soon they will need to be replaced, but nothing to worry about. They charged me only $50 even thought the hour rate is much more. I was convinced it was something else, and took the bike back the next week and had them take the rear tire off and check the transmission again. Jimmy said he wants me to feel comfortable and welcomed the bike back to the shop. After checking the bike and even removing the tire, he again assured me not to worry about the noise and when i am ready, they will change the belt and rollers. They only charged me $30 dollars the second time! even though the lift fee alone is $45. I respect shop mechanics whom respect their customers. Great, friendly neighborhood place and they aren't looking to rip you off !!
