Just visited another dentist in manhattan after skipping my dental visits for several years (my last procedure was a "root canal" with dr. massiah) and lo and behold she told me I didn't have a root canal!!..I told her "well I paid for one!" And she sed it looks like I got partial root canal. Needless to say I'm extremely pissed that I let dr. massiah leave me with a stump of a tooth rather than extracting which is what I really wanted AND having me pay for a procedure that was never done/done properly.

Great dentist and great, caring, patient, professional staff! The hygienist is especially good, and the whole atmosphere of the office is pleasant and reassuring.

Shaun Massiah ensures that he creates an environment where his clients feel comfortable. His staff are quite friendly and personable. His dental hygienist is quite good at explaining the entire process, and in educating each parent about measures that they can implement to improve the condition of their teeth and gums.
I don't normally like going to dentists, but I can honestly say that this dental practice is an exception to that.

Dr. Massiah and his team are nothing less than exceptional! Little to no wait time, friendly staff that always have a smile, and impeccable dental services. I have referred so many people to Dr. Massiah and everyone is equally impressed with the amount of service that he gives. He and his team go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience and I wouldn't use another dentist, ever.
