Sharon's Nails

Unprofessional, first I had an older man start my pedi, who would get up every few minutes to answer the phone in between clipping my nails. Halfway into the job, a woman came to continue my pedi, not knowing where he left off. Forgot to apply lotion, did a terrible lumpy polish job. Maybe others in there are better at giving pedicures but my experience was bad.

I just left this place. I'm always skeptical when trying new nail salons, especially for a pedi. While they gave my significant other the royal treatment, about a 25-30 min pedicure, I got a mere 10-15 mins of something I most certainly could have done at home myself. I'm really disappointed. For such a nice place I was expecting far better service. I explained that my feet weren't done properly even before they polished my toes. Everyone seemed to brush it off and said "next time next time." My guy still paid but they offered nothing to me to make me feel as though I should return. With poor customer service such as that I wouldn't recommend this place. Now I have to pay for someone else to do it right. The only reason I gave a second star is because I can appreciate quality polish, which they offer. Outside of that, no thanks.

I went in on a Friday to get a pedicure and my nails wrapped.   By the third day, the wrap on all of my nails had lifted and we're ready to snap off.  Since this was my first time getting this type of nails done, I decided to go in and ask before submitting my review.  I showed them what had occurred and asked how long should the wrap typically last. I was told up to 2 weeks. This clearly wasn't my case!  For 50 bucks and an extra 20 for tip I would have expected for my nails to last longer than 3 days or at least some sort of apology or discount on my next visit.  I don't plan on coming back to this place and hopefully by me submitting my experience, this doesn't happen to someone else.  I highly recommend NOT to select the nail wrap if you should decide to go there.
