This review is based on a phone call.
I called the office to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very curt and unfriendly, bordering on rude. I'm not asking for her to be my friend, but at least try to be somewhat pleasant when you answer the phone. I don't need your hostility!
She told me that the next available appointment is not for another 3+ months. I need to wait 14 weeks for the next available appointment. Whoa!!! Would've been nice for her to offer to put me on a waiting list in case someone cancels their appointment.
But she didn't offer. And therefore, I didn't ask... screw this office. I'll go somewhere else.
