My son took Taekwondo class over there and he loved it! He could do split all the way down in couple of weeks. I like the working staff also, they are all friendly and nice. Unfortunately we had to move to New Jersey and we left the place. I suggest this place to everyone.

I took a dance class at Shape and loved it! I met and spoke with a few of the instructors, all of them have been in martial arts, dance etc. for around 15 years and know exactly what they're doing.
They have a lot of kid classes. I did recommend it to my nephew and his mom, so they'll be trying it out next week.
I want to thank the crew at Shape! good luck with the center guys
