The best place to get in shape and learn an art form and a culture that will enrich your body and mind. Shifu is a a great teacher and is a very respectable man. The environment is friendly and positive, but full of hard work. If you are looking for a way to get stronger while learning a fascinating art form, come here and nowhere else!
