This place is an absolute disgrace. They engage in discriminatory pricing-- charging a different amount at pickup even with a receipt. After a shouting match with the very rude and unintelligent owner, i will never go back there. Racist.

I think Google map is wonderful, but one thing wrong beside letting you know where to go I believe that it also should let people know what train or bus to take and where is the nearest train station or bus stop.

Do NOT take any type of garment or textile here if you want it back in decent condition, and if you want to be treated like a human being by the management staff. After dropping off a piece that was stained from a time before I owned the piece, the manager told me he was not sure the stain would come out. I told him that if they would not be able to take the stain out, or would hurt the condition of the piece, I would NOT leave it in their hands. He assured me confidently that I could leave it and they would TRY. After dropping it off on a Tuesday afternoon, I was told I could pick it up Friday at 12PM. Come Friday at 12PM, it was not ready and I was told to come back at 5PM. At 5PM the piece was still not ready and I was told to come back Saturday. When I finally picked up my piece, the stain was still noticeable and present, and in addition there was a large water mark spanning about 6-7 inches around the stain. When I politely asked the sympathetic employee working at the cash register for a refund since my piece was ruined, he assured me I could be refunded when his manager was around. After going back to the cleaner the next time to collect my refund, I was told to come back when the manager was around. He was never around the next few times I stopped in. When I finally did manage to find him, he laughed at my request for a refund, told me that the stain was MY fault and I would not be getting my refund. He said "welcome to New York City," to me. In addition to horrible customer service and a rude and aggressive management staff, this dry cleaners will not handle anything you leave with care. I will never return here.
