Love Shake Shack but had an okay experience here, my order was wrong, and it seemed like other people had issues too. The food was hot and the shakes were on par as usual. I got the chicken sandwich and it was mostly bread and sauce, the chicken was extra small, but it was still cooked perfectly.

Shake Shack is very popular here on the East Coast. I have often told friends that Shake Shack is much like in and out burger on the West Coast. I have not been to an in and out lately but I do remember that there was quite a wait time. The same remains true for this East Coast staple. The wait is long at this location especially when you go before a Barclays Center event. Because this location is directly across the street from the Barclays Center, there can often be traffic jams for food before and after event. Knowing this, this location should be fully staffed and prepared at all times. However it is my experience that this has not been the case. This is the reason for the lower score of 3.

Gave this place a try based on the recommendation of a friend. Very good recommendation!
The smokehouse burger was excellent and was washed down wonderfully (if indulgently) with a delicious salted caramel milkshake.
Bad for the diet, but great for the spirits.
I will seek out this chain again.
