Had the new Queens Center Mall location. The line was long but fast. The service was very helpful deciding what burger to order for a new customer. The burger I got had a sauce in it with peppers and bacon and I enjoyed it. For the price I paid tho with the burger, fries, and soda and all the hype I thought it'd be better. It's really just a glorified fast food joint with high end Manhattan prices. What really ruined my experience here tho was the atmosphere. Maybe it was just being in that dreary mall in this godforsaken city. If there were locations outside of urban areas and they lowered the prices a bit it'd be a phenomenal chain.

Long lines that doesn't justify the quality of the food. Maybe the wait was too long, so I will have to check it again, but my first thought was that they really dont worth it. It is good food, but not from the kind that worth the such a long wait.

Definitely worth eating. Require a long row of the team, but worth it. Very tasty mushroom burger unexpected.

The shack stack is soooo good!!! Highly recommend even if the line is super long it's worth the wait !!

I'm not a burger lover..but I really enjoyed this one. Shakes were okay but I've had better. One of the better places to eat at Citifield.
