I love the jacket at Shaf International and the customer service is also amazing. They give reasonable prices .Also the shows that they set up are amazing. they have to pay more for induvisiuals becuase we are they to show them the product not sell it right away.

My wife purchased the textile chaps at the Atlanta Show in January 2014. I think she overpaid because you can find the same chaps for 1/2 the price she paid online. It also happens that the online store is another division of Shaf International.The young lady (Karen) said they are Cordura (Nylon with Kevlar) and I have yet to find any printed reference to the NexGen Chaps being Cordura material, no tags, no labels, not in any descriptions online, nothing. They did call me back to only not give me any other reply to my emails for a refund or a discount all though I was told I would get either, which ever I chose.
I will edit my review depending on any future response I get. At the moment I consider them shady, untrustworthy and would not recommend anyone purchasing from them.

Love the product. Hate the service. My wife purchased Kevlar motorcycle chaps and a jacket in person from Karen Pratt, H & H Leather, 1653 US HWY 1 #107, Ormond Beach, FL 32174 during Biketoberfest. I paid for the products and an extra $20 so they could be shipped to us and we would not have to rely on carrying them back on the motorcycle. Ms. Pratt promised to ship the three items to us the night of the purchase. That didn't happen. A month and many emails, phone calls and missed deadlines later I contested the credit card charge that appeared naming Shaf International as the vendor. Wouldn't you know two of the three promised items appeared on our doorstep two days later. I told the credit card company to honor the charge even though Ms. Pratt did not honor our deal.
