Got into the RC world last year and been to a few a few hoddy shops and this one to me is the best, the staff and owner is very helpful, and I love to go there and spend money :)

I've been going to this hobby shop for a few years. Bob is all about customer service. Very friendly. The place is in an industrial area, right off the highway and easy to get to. There is tons of parking. The only time I have had to order parts is when it was for something obscure. I walk in the store with confidence that he had what I need. This is retail and the prices are not bad for retail. Definitely recommend going here.

I was having problems with a faulty glow plug igniter that I bought online, I thought it was fried but shadow fixed it! Go check it out, great prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff. 5 stars

I myself am a business owner and I personally know that there are plenty of people in the general public who prefer great service as much as a great price. I don't know about the others peoples experiences with local hobby shops but mine have not been great until visiting this store. I was dealing with an issue for a month before I showed up at Shadow and the owner personally addressed it within 1-2 days. I have never seen a supply of inventory like I did at place either. A lot of places have to order parts , but not this store! I would be willing to bet that most of your parts are right in stock.. And the who the heck is waiting for a week , not by choice in this hobby! I would say my experience with this extremely pleasant , the staff is knowledgeable, with second to none service! I look forward to visiting them again in the near future. Nice job Shadow!
