TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! I called to make an appointment as a new client. I'm DISGUSTED by the way I was spoken to! I've always gone to nice, high end salons where someone would NEVER EVER be so disrespectful and rude. So unprofessional!!! I would never go there based on this experience. Big mistake- I spend big $$$$$ on my hair. Your loss Shade bar.

It's not what I liked ... It's what I loved. I walked in there thinking I'm getting foils and going under heaters and instead I got THE COLOR DOCTOR LIANA!!! She looked at my hair and was very polite about the damage that I have.
She didn't fix my hair ... She bought it back to life. she has officially made me sceptic about all of the other So called salons and what they've been and are continuing to do and people don't even realize the damage that is being done on their head.
If you want top dollar treatment and if you actually CARE about your hair then you HAVE to go to shade bar and meet Liana. She's honest and knows hair and color better than anyone.

I dont even know where to start....

I wanted a balayage done...what i got looked 1. nothing like a balayage...2. looked like my 7 year old sister was playing with hair dye on me. Before i went in, i was doing research online and saw a good review on this girl Liana. So i decided let me call and find out when she is available, i think i can trust her. I was so wrong. Dont get me wrong, she was very sweet and easy to talk to but that was all taken away once i realized how i looked the next day.
So I called and went in for a consultation with her. She wanted to charge me $500-$700 for the balayage with olaplex. I told her i am not rich and i can only spend the most $450. I decided you know what, if i want a good and professional job done then ill spend this money. So i called back after the consultation and told her if she can do it for $450 then Ill be there tomorrow morning. She agreed. I went in and 2 hours in she tells me they ran out of olaplex so i asked her ok so the price will go down right? she said no. $450 was the price without olaplex. (That is not what she told me during consultation). On top of that, they said if i pay $450 cash they will not charge tax........little do you know, they ended up charging me tax. Also, i kept trying to show her the picture of the hair i was going for because clearly thats not what she was doing and she told me that she is not going by the picture anymore because it will never come out exactly like the picture. After 8 HOURS of being in that salon getting experimented on like a lab rat and having like 20 different processes done, which by the way im surprised im not bald yet, I paid $540 in total for a multi-colored head of gray, copper, blonde, and slight orangy brown and no olaplex and most importantly....NOTHING NEARRRRRR WHAT I ASKED FOR. After speaking to my friends and getting my sanity back, i realized i shouldve never even paid her for what she has done. I regret going there soooo much and i defintiely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at allllll! Save your hair, please! Worst hair experience of my life!

P.S- That wine that they give you complimentary was non-existent that day.

I love my balayage highlights that shade bar salon did with OLAPLEX on my hair, their mastercolorist really know about hair color and hair color transformation I saw other people at the salon doing extrene hair transformation this guys really know what their doing.

The best hair salon for blonds, I can be more than happy with my balayage highlight, they used on my hair a product called OLAPLEX that thing do miracles, my hair was demage due to other salon color and this thing and the colorist job make my hair look live never before.
