Big reviews. Just ok in my opinion. The brick pressed chicken, a house specialty, was good - not great. Fairly limited menu meaning picky eaters may not find something appetizing.

Very cool scene/decor and unique beer and wine list.

- Terrible #184540

Management not very customer service oriented. In fact, the manager I encountered today was rude, disrespectful and offensive. I go for dinner several times a week and have never written a bad review but after tonight, I cannot help but report. There are so many great restaurants in NYC that no one has to deal with sub-par service.

A lesson on customer service, effective communication skills or how to talk to customers might help.
