Terrible customer service.
(The owners' daughter) is so unprofessional. It's unbelievable. The Spanish girl they hired recently is just plain rude, many customers hate her.

I would never go back there

Was seen by Nelly for a fill in first time with her cause my usual girl was booked solid... She was rude,disrespectful, has 0 customer service skills, I wanted a nice design and couldn't think of which color would look nice with the design I was doing so I asked for her opinion, all I got in return was an attitude, and she pretty much said its your nails u decide. I let that slide and was thinking of which color to get she then maybe a whole minute later decides to get nasty with me saying " so which color are you getting" I don't have the time or patience for u to sit there and think of what u want for an hour" are u kidding me?? That's when I lost it and said u are very rude and if you don't have patience while the customer is choosing there design or color she is in the wrong field.. Again all I got was a attitude back and our conversation did get a little loud a manager didn't even come to see what was wrong if they can help in anyway nothing... And I'm a easy customer to please this is the first negative review I have ever written in my 26 years of life. Poor customer service is an understatement and Nelly u should learn how to treat clients whether is ur regular customer or not. The only reason I will go back to this salon is cause VICKY is the best amazing personality will always give advice as to what color will look good with any design u choose, first and LAST time j see anyone except Vicky... Nelly made.my experience with her horrendous do to her attitude problem and the way she treats ppl.. The salon will loose slot of customers cause of her and her mouth...

No frills, good prices. 2 1/2 week old gel manicure is still going strong.

Decent nail work but not great service. Rude and quite tedious work. also no lotion or hand massage.

Amazing! I love my nails.
