They are horrible. I got a gel manicure and after a week, on one of my fingers the nail polish was completely off! At the same time my nail polish on my toes were chipping too! After one week!! I went to them and ask how could this be gel should last AT LEAST 2 weeks. They had an attitude about it and said well it has been a week. They ended up re-doing my finger nail but refused to re-paint my toes. Upon leaving I asked to speak to a supervisor and their answers were "why do you want to know" , "who's asking". So I left without speaking to anyone because no one would say who the supervisor was and if he was even there! Horrible customer service and CHEAP nail polish! I rather pay my usual extra $5 at my regular shop and get quality service and polish. Would not recommend to anyone!!!
