Have lived in their property for two years and I have nothing but good things to say. Super nice and friendly, easy to work with, will stay late at the office to do paperwork/resign leases, etc. If I have any maintenance issues, I can send an email and someone fixes it within a day with no hassle at all. Very well maintained building (they let us start a lease 15 days after they had advertised for so they could put in new fixtures, redo the floors, fix cabinets, etc before we moved in) Extremely reasonable rent, and roommates can pay in separate checks. Overall 100x better than my previous Hoboken landlord.

I stayed in an apartment owned by this agency right out of college. I lived there for four years. After leaving that apartment, I am realizing how great the Severinos were as landlords. Every time I had a problem, they would send someone over to fix it immediately. Even when I was moving out, they made the whole arrangement really easy for me. With my new landlord I feel like I have to argue everything out, and they always have excuses for everything. It has made me appreciate the Severinos! Their rents are reasonable too.
