Great cut and organic color by Setsuko. She's a talented stylist and it's always a pleasure to be in her salon. I highly recommend her.

Although I am happy with the result of my cut the overall experience was just ok. I saw Tina for my appointment, she did not introduce herself and was definitely not warm and fuzzy. She offered coffee and did warm up a bit. The hair wash was a little rough and cold and overall the salon is a little tired. As I said the cut was fine, she did a good job with the blow dry as well. I don't think it is worth more than a groupon though.

I liked this salon simply because of the welcoming feel I got from the people that worked there. Setsuko was warm and very nice although she did not do my hair. Tina did. I was happy with the result. I decided to have my eyebrows done and a mani pedi which was nice too. Though I have never had a manicure take so long in all my life. The lovely lady that did it was really really nice so I didn't mind. She knew she was slow but she wanted my experience to perfect. It was really nice to talk to her through it and so I forgot the time it took.
The salon overall could do with Tabitha coming through and straightening things up and reminding the girls about hygiene. People notice this sort of thing even if it's not mentioned. Also I'm one of these people that judges the salon by the hair of the people that work in it. Hence my 3 stars.

This was the nightmare salon from hell. I had a keratin treatment here a year ago. (My hair suffered much damage). Right from the get-go, the woman almost yelled about my options for the groupon I had bought.I chose to go with the organic version and she seemed totally annoyed about it and hence the yelling as if to intimidate me into choosing the inorganic version. Should have known it would be bad regardless considering her attitude and the terrible hair she herself sported. What is up with this kind of service? I was so overwhelmed at the time and whether it was just imagined. But since then, I've been to many other keratin treatments, hair-cuts, highlights and came to realize that, noooo --- this is just an awful salon. Every other place, no matter how small, old, or new, had amazing reception, with kind, informative hair-dressers.
STAY AWAY from this hell-hole!!!

I went there today for the first time. I purchased two Grupons, one for single process color and one for haircut, style and deep conditioning. First let me tell you that I booked the appointment like three weeks ago and the lady who took my reservation made a big deal to make sure to be there on time otherwise my credit card was going to be charged if I dont cancel 24 hour in advance. She also informed me that Tina and Michele was going to work with me and the procedure was going to last 2 hours and a half. (So I'm expecting a high end salon considering all this and the prices) I was there 9.30am sharp! I was greeted by the front desk who said was going to call Tina. So looked around to see the "high end" but found it nowhere. Tina came and asked the front desk "what are we doing" when I am standing right there in front of her. So I introduced myself to her and explained the procedures. She took the time to pick and mix colors. The end result was ok, lighter hair that what I used to have but I thought the haircut, style and deep conditioning was going to do the trick. But the so called "haircut and style" was just a trim of the dead ends, nothing more nothing less! Everything was done by Tina from color mix to wash and haircut! Setsuko, (whom didnt bother to introduce herself until I asked her) said "nice hair"! Bottom line - this was a cold experience, nothing special and there was nothing high end in this salon. I would not go back even with the Grupon prices let alone the real prices.
