Beware of these crooks!!
I paid them for service to repair the date feature on my JW90 postage machine.
My machine WAS working when they picked it up!!.
They took the machine to their shop. They returned the machine to my office.
Their tech played with it and after a while told me that the ink cartridge was bad.
I paid $ 90 for a new cartridge and $ 35 for overnight service.
I put the cartridge in the machine and it still did not work.
I called for service and they refused to come back and fix the machine.
Stay away from this company!!!
