I noticed some patches of mold starting to accumulate in this area of my home. That's when I called up Servpro Ozone Park and we found out that the mold problem was actually a much bigger problem. I'm thankful that I called them up and that their mold remediation team did such a great job. It could have been a lot worse, but thankfully it wasn't.

My husband and I worked with Ray Wardell and his company after we had severe water damage to our home. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better restoration team, and everyone that helped us out was not only professional, but they actually cared about the situation that we were in. I've never done business with any other restoration company, but if you're looking to hire them I would highly suggest it. Both my husband and I are incredibly appreciative of the work that was done to restore our home. Thanks again :)

Servpro came to my home twice, in one month, due to water damage. The Team was through, professional, sympathetic, accommodating; I could go on and on! They were wonderful, to say the least. Before doing anything in my home, the whole process was explained. They all get 4 Stars; especially Dan. Love you guys!

We had a professional review from Servpro of Ozone Park/Jamaica Bay.
They prepared a wonderful package called the Emergency Ready Profile which we can use in case there is a Fire or Water damage.
It is a very detailed and user friendly plan to get our business up and running very quickly should there be any disaster.
I recommend all busineses to do this Emergency Ready Profile to secure themselves.
