Growing up with family horor stories of autobody shops, I was really careful of where I would bring my 2007 GMC Denali for body work which was hit on the entire driver's side. I met Pete from Sernio's and he gave me an estimate that was in the same ball-park as three other quotes I got that day. I asked local car dealer shops and they all told me Sernio's was a great place and I shouldn't worry about my truck, they will make it look like new. I brought my truck back to Sernio's gave my keys to Pete and he knew I felt nervous about it. He gave me a firm hand shake and told me I will be happy again in a few days. Guess what? He was right! When I came to pick up my Denali I just couldn't believe my eyes, it looked like it came out of the dealer show room! All the dents and scratches were gone, the paint matched and everything worked! Not only did Sernio's get the outside looking new, but they cleaned and detailed the inside which left me breathless with a big BIG smile on my face. I was given a complete repair walk-through with Pete he gave me the work and paint warranty and told me "I told you so!" I just want to say that the people at Sernio's treated me nice and delivered on there promise! Thanks Pete and thank you Sernio's you got a family following from now on!!!
