Serenity Laser Dental: Kirzhner Alexander DDS

I had three visits with him and each conversation was a repeat we had to make decisions about the work every visit ... I didn't appreciate the lack of planning ... if we decide on a course of action for corrective work then why every visit was a different lcourse of action... I was uncomfortable with the inconsistencies. .. needless to say I have medicaid but I so concerned with the work he did, I went for a consultation with another dentist highly recommended for a second opinion ... unfortunately my consultation resulted in new exrays because the exrays taken at this office were not the best and after review the new dentist was not comfortable with the work done and wants to replace the fillings since they were not matching my tooth color and he still worries of cavities left behind ... after heavy consideration I should've went with my initial intuition but this dentist is so conveniently close by I wanted accessibility moving forward I'm paying for my dental work since I'm still young and deserve a great smile but will have to go with the highly recommended dentist with great chair-side manner, informative and funny everything I know I will need to get through my dental work ... I wasn't going to leave a review but can't ignore the treatment and audacity of people who think they are Handling are population who may not know better but considering what service should be provided on a last note people should be able to trust a professional

I have been a patient of Dr. Kirzhner's brooklyn office for about 6 years now. I must give kuddos to he and his staff who, although at times they all seem a little cranky, makes you feel right at home amidst the family squabbles and joyful laughter. If your not up for the family atmosphere this is not the place for you.
Seriously though, patient care in my estimation if job one. I especally want to highlight the hygenist Miss Lisa. Ladies and gentlemen your in good hands with her she makes you feel like your her one and only patient. Thanks Lisa
