- Terrible #174289

I would not recommend Nurse Serena Baker. She did not conduct herself in a professional manner during my appointment. Her bedside manner was abhorrent, and she had a general animosity towards her colleagues which was evident during my visit. I was continuously belittled throughout my appointment for following instructions that I had received from the medical facility that I was visiting. I have never experienced such rudeness from a medical professional in my life.
