I was a bit confused bc there arent cash registers like at other locations. I went in to return a product and received prompt service. Minus one star bc a tourist person asked a question with help finding a product and the rep simply pointed and told them it should be there. The tourist was very lost & confused. Minus one star in honor of her.

Amazing service! I walked in looking for not too much but maybe some perfume. Ray let me know if I needed anything he'd be happy to help, super sweet gentleman with great knowledge of basically the whole store. He helped me find the right fragrance for me without ever being pushy. So refreshing to have someone passionate about their work and amazing at it!!! Thank you Ray, I'll be back to shop more:)

Love the variety here! One of the biggest sephora stores I have seen and has very good customer service!

Horrible service. I went in looking for the perfect makeup brush set. I couldn't get anyone to pay attention let alone help me. This is definitely my least favorite sephora. I'll make the trip across town to their union square location the next time
