This Sephora location lacks the professionalism of the others. The sales staff are chatting about their own personal matters and the staff at the register is snippy. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I love Sephora. I just don'.t like THIS Sephora.
It's small and dingy. The employees there are not very personable, and don't appear very knowledgable about cosmetics or the franchise in general.
It doesn't have the trendy and youthful exhubrence that you see at a typical Sephora, here it is run by older suburban moms who treat it as just a job.

I love Sephora and I can find anything and everything I need. The staff is very informational and I love that they know the products very well. One thing I know is that Sephora has gone through shoplifting problems. A couple of good friends and I agreed that sometimes its overwhelming to shop because we felt like we were being watched or being followed to every aisle. This makes us feel like we're being RUSHED to shop. It's hard to shop comfortably but I can understand there situation 100%. Other than that, It's a great store & the only other Sephora I recommend family and friends to go to!
