This guy has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Been a Rockaway resident for 22 years and my first visit to this place was a bad experience. I believe I spoke with the owner who acted as if I was more of an annoyance then a potential customer. Searched the internet and came upon a reliable computer repair service called scotts computer repair. with one house call my issues were taken care of right away. Price was a little high but I was treated like gold and my pc is working great!

I have always had great service from this family owned store. Though there is a little bit of the "NY attitude" that reveals itself every once and a while, still the small town feel of the Rockaways remains, along with the friendly, helpful service you can expect from a mom & pop shop.

I call this guy for a computer Emergancy I need help on a critital issue and he was not at all helpfull look somewhere else if you need help!!!!!!!!!!
